The deadline in the Ontario Public Service (OPS) bargaining unit for submitting your 2019 health and dental claims is Thursday, December 31, 2020—the last working day of the year.
Your insurance carrier must receive and date stamp all 2019 claims by the end of business hours on this date. Claims mailed before the deadline, but received in the New Year, will not be accepted.
