Government is reaching out directly to all public servants for cost efficiencies

With the launch of their Big Bold Ideas Challenge, the new government will be reaching out directly to all public servants in search of cost efficiencies. We encourage our members to share thoughtful solutions from their local workplaces and to remind the government that public/private partnerships and the outsourcing of public service work has repeatedly shown itself to be far costlier than utilizing and investing in the professional public service.

AMAPCEO members will be sharing their thoughts when TBS President, Minister Bethlenfalvy conducts local workplace roundtables in coming weeks and AMAPCEO itself will be submitting its thoughts on efficiencies as part of the greater consultation process.
