Last week, future Workplace Representatives (WPRs) met at the AMAPCEO office to take part in Core Training sessions, led by Education Officers Cassie Bell and Inessa Petersen, and featuring President Dave Bulmer and Vice-President Cynthia Watt.
Workplace Representatives are trained union members who have volunteered to confidentially assist members like you in the workplace and act as a first point of contact in seeking information and representation with an issue at work. Core Training provides new WPRs with the information and resources they need to best serve and represent members in the workplace.
AMAPCEO was pleased with the turnout of new Workplace Representatives, and is looking forward to officially welcoming them to the program.
