Following a January 12 presentation to the Minister of Finance by AMAPCEO President Dave Bulmer, AMAPCEO has submitted a formal set of recommendations on the 2016 provincial budget.
Our written submission focusses on four specific recommendations:
- Reverse the present course on the privatization of Hydro One and the wasteful privatization agenda;
- End wage restraint in the public sector;
- Increase stable tax revenue; and
- Minimize the use of consultants, particularly within IT.
